To Thee

I close my eyes and imagine
the personification of beauty sitting in front of me.
Her back's against me, but the whole world can still see,
the emanating light, fragrance of captivation.
I am left spellbound.
Now as she turns, one look is all that I need to realize
the great divide, the dimensions that lie.
But as the angels come down from heaven, she graces herself to the world I reside.
I am cast out of the river of time.
As we are left vagrants of the universe,
I cease to write one more verse, falling deeply into the sweet discourse
